*Build to a heavy 3 reps, then drop the weight by 30-40% then start building to a heavy 2 reps, drop the weight again by 30-40% and start building to a heavy single.

Once you have hit a heavy single for the day start at 50% and complete a second wave

  • 12 T2B 9 Wall Balls 9/6kg
