Here at CrossFit 13, we offer a FREE taster session for anyone who hasn't tried CrossFit before! Taking a look around the gym and completing a session with us is the best way to see if we are the right fit for you! 

Our taster sessions run regularly throughout the week and can be booked by contacting us at or calling Emily on 07912 932370.



If you enjoy your taster session and want to sign up, the next step is the CrossFit Foundations Course.


This course consists of 4 sessions over 2 weeks, where you will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit, the necessary skills and techniques, plus the main Olympic Lifts in a safe, informative environment. Each session will include a short workout so you can put into practice what you have learnt!


These sessions take place on a Tuesday & Thursday evening, at 8pm - 9pm, under the supervision of a qualified coach. There is no obligation to join once the course is completed.

Try A One-To-One Session


At CrossFit 13, we also offer a one-to-one version of the Foundations Course (4 sessions in total), where you will focus on the skills and core movement fundamentals needed to join a mainstream CrossFit class. This option can also be split between 2 people at no extra cost.


We also offer one-to-one Personal Training Sessions lasting 1hr. (Dates and times by appointment)
