Snatch prep EMOM x 6 minutes


  • 1 Muscle snatch + 1 Snatch pull-under.

* Use empty bar or very light load, and add weight each round if possible.

Every 2:00 x 7 rounds

  • 2 reps at 87-90% (heavier than last week)

12 Minute AMRAP


  • 2 rounds of the barbell complex

  • 10 Bar-facing burpees

  • 40 Double under


* (1 Power snatch+ 1 hang squat snatch + 1 TNG squat snatch 50/30kg) -Drop and reset after 1 complex.
