  • Build to a heavy 3 reps


Part B

(10 minutes)

  • 3 sets of 10 reps @65-70% of part A


Rest 1:30 between sets


METCON


4 Rounds for time


  • 50 Double unders

  • 20 Hang DB clean + jerk 22.5/15kg (switch hands after 10 reps)
