Split Press


Every 2:00 x 4 rounds - Alternate between

  • 10 split press from the front rack

  • 10 from the back rack

* Use Empty bar or very light weight.


Intervals


1:30 Work / 1:30 rest x 6 Rounds

AMRAP each round picking up where you left off

  • 7 KB swings 24/16kg

  • 7 Box jump overs 24/20"

  • 7 Calorie machine (Switch each round)
