Then

  • 5 minutes for max reps at 80% of todays heavy 3


15 - 18 minute rolling clock


  • 10 Unbroken DB box step over AHAP 24/20" box

Rest 20 Seconds

  • 30 seconds max reps Wall ball AHAP

*Rest 1:30 between sets
