  • A1: 3 x 10 Double KB hang snatch Ascending weight AHAP

  • A2: 3 x 10 KB Push press Ascending weight AHAP

  • A3: 3 x 5 Double KB clean Ascending weight AHAP



INTERVALS


EVERY 2:00 UNTIL FAILURE


  • 10 Box jump 24”

  • 10 Russian KB swing 24/20kg

  • 20 Double unders Add 2 reps each round to the box jump and KB swing until work cant be completed ( cap @ 8 rounds ) Scale to 35 single skips
