Machine calories: Row 15/12 / Ski 12/10 / Airbike 18/15 + 20 Alternating DB snatch 22.5/15kg
* As soon as you finish the calories on the machine the next athlete starts
Rest 2:00 Before part C
C - In teams of 3 on a 10 minute rolling clock
Run 200m + 60 Double unders
* As soon as you get back from the run the next athlete starts
