*Each rep with a 3-second pause at the bottom of the squat

**Rest 2:00 between sets

Bulgarian split squat

15-18 minute rolling clock

  • 10 reps each leg

*Resting 30 seconds between legs and 1:00 between sets

**Add weight with a KB in the goblet position
