B1 Double KB front rack walking lunge
25ft AHAP - Rest 1:00
B2 Double KB deadlift
15 reps AHAP - Rest 1:00
B3 Double KB front rack squat
8 reps
Rest 2:00 before returning to B1 x 3-5 rounds
