* take the first 4-5 rounds to build weight, then use a fixed weight for the remaining sets


B1 Double KB front rack walking lunge


  • 25ft AHAP - Rest 1:00


B2 Double KB deadlift


  • 15 reps AHAP - Rest 1:00


B3 Double KB front rack squat


  • 8 reps


Rest 2:00 before returning to B1 x 3-5 rounds
