  • Waves - 3.2.1 x 2

*Build to a heavy 3 reps, then drop the weight by 30-40% then start building to a heavy 2 reps, drop the weight again by 30-40% and start building to a heavy single. Once you have hit a heavy single for the day start at 50% and complete a second wave


For time

  • 10 Thrusters 45/35kg

  • 60 Double unders

  • 15 Power clusters

  • 70 Double under

  • 20 Squat clean thrusters

  • 80 Double under
