PART 1 - MINUTES 0-30 AMRAP

  • 24 Syncro bar facing burpees

  • 16 Power clean 60/40kg (Split the reps as you please)

  • 24 Syncro T2B

  • 16 Push press (Split the reps as you please)

  • 24 Syncro Alternating DB snatch 22.5/15kg


PART 2 - MINUTES 30-40

  • Complete a 3rm Hang Squat clean thruster

*Score for part 1 is most rounds completed, and the score for the second part is the combined weight for each person
