EMOM x 14 minutes



  • A 1 power clean + 2 hang power clean + 3 shoulders to overhead @ a weight that can be performed as an unbroken complex.


  • B Ascending bar facing burpees, start @ 8 reps then add 1 rep each time to finish with 14 reps on the last minute of the EMOM
