  • 20 minutes to build to a heavy 2 reps

Then

  • 5 minutes to complete 1 set of 15 reps @ 75-80% of part A

  • A- ascending wall balls - Starting @ 12 reps then add 1 rep each round - 9/6kg

  • B- 6 burpee devil press 22.5/15kg + 30 Double unders / Single skips 30reps
