C1 - Barbell front rack step back lunge

  • 10 Reps each leg

*resting 1:00 between legs


C2 - Double KB deadlift


Complete as many sequences as possible unbroken

  • 5 unbroken KB deadlift + 25ft suitcase carry

*Rest 2:00 before returning to C1
