3 position squat snatch (Floor + below-knee + hip)

  • 20 minutes to build to a heavy complex

*Score =Max weight



B1 - Snatch Grip Deadlift

  • 5 reps building weight each set, start @ 80% 1rm squat snatch


B2 - Single leg cross body dumbbell RDL

  • 10 reps each leg resting 30 seconds between legs


B3 - Barbell glute bridge on the floor

  • 10 reps As heavy as possible. Rest 2:00 between rounds x 3-5
