  • A1: Every 2:00 x 3 rounds - 5 Muscle snatch

  • A2: Every 2:00 x 3 rounds - 3 Power snatch (drop and go reps)

  • A3: Every 2:00 x 3 rounds - 1 Complex of 1 Squat Snatch + 1 Hang squat snatch *Increase the weight with each movement, no rest between A1/2/and 3

  • 30 Power snatch 35/25kg

  • 30 Wall balls 9/6kg

  • Run 400m
