EMOM x 10 Minutes

  • 1 Muscle snatch + 2 Heaving snatch balance

*Add weight to each set but the focus is on technique and speed <50% 1rm squat snatch



Power snatch + Hang power snatch + Overhead squat


Every 2:00 x 6 rounds

  • 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang power snatch + 3 Overhead squats

Build weight each set


Snatch Grip Deadlift


Every 2:00 x 6 rounds

  • 5 reps @ an ascending weight each set building to a max effort 5 reps.
