3 DB front squat

5 Pull-ups/bar muscle-ups
6 KB goblet reverse lunge.
7 KB swings 32/24kg
8 Wall balls 9/6kg
9 Hand release burpees
10 DB hang clean + jerk 22.5/15kg
11 Toes to bar
12 DB squat snatch 22.5/15kg
HOW TO DO THIS WORKOUT
The concept of a 12 days of Christmas workout is simple. It’s just like song! You’ll kick things off with 200m sprint, then you’ll do two devils press and then 200m sprint, then three DB push press, two devils press and then the 200m sprint and so on until you finish things off with 12 DB squat snatch and work you way back down to finish the workout with one last 200m sprint.
Drinks and mince pies afterwards!!
