Every 2:00 x 5 rounds

  • 3 reps @ an ascendign weight each set.


B. Back Squat


Widowmaker - In an 8-10 minute window find a 20rm




C1. Bulgarian split squat

(15-20 minutes) 8 reps each leg resting 30 seconds between legs, Add weight with KB in goblet position


C2. Straddle donkey kicks

10 reps with a 10-second hold at the top on the last rep


*Rest 1:00 between movements and 2:00 between rounds
