*Build weight each set so that your second set of 5 is the heaviest set for the day, and the last two sets of 10 are slightly heavier than the first





10 minute AMRAP


  • 10 Ring dips / Bench dips

  • 25FT HS walk / 6 wall climbs

  • 30 Double under / 60 single skips
