Looking to get started with CrossFit, here's how you can get involved.
First thing to do is to book into a free taster session. This is a great way to experience a CrossFit session and see if its for you or not. These are run regularly at the weekends. 8x small group classes over 4 weeks you will learn all the necessary skills for you to complete CrossFit workouts effectively and safely. These sessions run on a Tuesday and Thursday 8-9pm under the supervision of our experienced and qualified coaches. Here you will learn the proper mechanics of the squat, dead lift, overhead press, clean and jerk, snatch, ring dip and pull up to mention but a few. Each session will include a workout so that you can put into practice what you have learned. This course will prepare you so that you can join the mainstream CrossFit classes when you have completed the course.
There are no contracts so there is no obligation to join once you have finished the course.

5 one-to-one personal training sessions (dates and times by appointment). These sessions will focus on everything you will need to complete and join a mainstream CrossFit class. This package can be split between 2 people at no extra cost.
One-One Personal Training Session lasting 1hr. (Dates and times by appointment) These sessions can be split between 2 people with no increase in fee.
