CrossFit Kids combines the 10 General Physical Skills , cardio/respiratory, flexibility , agility, power, strength, coordination, balance, speed, accuracy, stamina, with additional focus on bone density, motor skills development, and scientific evidence of higher functioning levels in the brain.
Children and Teens have a great opportunity to maximise their physical skills when exposed to this stimulus during peak years of development , and the elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movements mechanic and creating a broad athletic foundation.
